I’m Allison, the owner of AMK. I grew up loving crafts and felt a tug on my heart to help in any way I could with the spread of COVID-19.
My Nana was a wonderful seamstress and she took great pride in teaching me all she knew. She gifted me the sewing machine I use to make every mask and each time I turn it on and start the first stitch, I always think of her. I wish she were here today so I could show her my masks, see her smile, and hear one more time how proud of me she is.
Allison's Masks of Kindness started on the foundation of wanting everyone to be kind to one another and stay safe during the pandemic. I wear a mask to protect you, please do your part to protect me.
